We show people there is a way to build a better future – for themselves and those they care about – and help them create this through support, advice and training. We raise awareness of their situation and fight their corner to ensure long term changes are put in place.

Children and families
We support whole families to help them address underlying issues, build resilience and independence.

Peer advice
We use past experience to inspire and enable people to improve their lives, change the lives of others and bring benefits to local communities and wider society.

Women's services
We provide services addressing the specific issues women face.

Tackling poverty
Across our services, we help individuals and families move out of the poverty trap and gain independence.

Child criminal exploitation
We help vulnerable young people who are criminally exploited through gangs, serious violence and offending.

Work with prison leavers
We provide community-based services which help prison leavers get the support and services they need.

Employment services
We work with people who have been held back by disadvantage secure and sustain employment or employment circumstances.
