Kineara: Support for private renters

Kineara provides specialist housing support to renters in the private sector in Southwark. Whether you are living with your family, living alone or in shared accommodation, we provide advice and practical support to securing your tenancy and avoiding homelessness.

We can provide support with: understanding eviction notices, tackling rent arrears, mediating disputes with landlords, connecting to health and wellbeing services, advice on accessing employment, understanding and applying for benefits and grants, help looking for a new home and managing tenancy agreements, and more.

We work with Southwark Council and Southwark Law Center to deliver this project to private renters.
