This year, Southwark Black Parents Forum presents the FREE More Vim More Life project.
The MVML project is a fun-filled initiative that aims to support African and Caribbean communities across the borough of Southwark in the tackling of health inequalities.
Providing free interactive health workshops 6.30-8.30pm every Tuesday until 28th May 2024.
Workshops will cover:
Healthy eating in the African Caribbean community.
Understanding food portion sizes, nutrition and live food demos.
Importance of exercise to balance life pressures.
Chance to say what healthy living means to you and more!
